Received the wrong adapter. Fine, I get mistakes happen, but I cannot get in touch with anyone about how to proceed. It has been almost a month with an email a week and still nothing. Their showroom number has no voicemail, so it just answers and hangs up on you. Hopefully this review brings some attention to the issue.
