Before I ever bought the Soda Stream, I was trying to figure out a way to reduce the cost of exchanging the CO2 tank. I saw some adapters that would let you hook up a huge tank to the Soda Stream, but I wanted it to sit nicely on my counter and not have some tube hanging over. I decided I wanted something that would fit into the machine itself. I found this product and purchased it, had it in less than a week. Bought three 20oz tanks to go with it. When it arrived, went to the local paintball store and had all three filled for $6 a piece. I want to say, when I purchased the Soda Stream, the demonstrator told me it would last about 2-4 months depending on the usage. I had the 130L tank, it lasted a week. If I had to pay to refill this through the Soda Stream company, it would be outrageous. It is obviously of very high calibre material and workmanship and well worth the money. I anticipate recouping my investment within the first month based on my family's soda consumption.
