good products March 31, 2016 Reviewer: Charles Cornell from Portage, MI United States   I recently bought a SodaMod adapter for use on a SodaStream carbonator.  the adapter and CO2 tank arrived quickly and in perfect condition.  After a brief stop at the Sporting Goods store they are now installed and providing me very economical carbonated beverages.  The owner of the store was very interested in the adapter and in the ease of use of the carbonator.  After seeing his large stack of empty carbonated water cans and his instant access to a full size CO2 tank I understood his interest.  You will probably be seeing an order from him in the near future. Didn't work with Play but excellent customer serv. January 2, 2016 Reviewer: Anonymous Person from WA United States   The adapter didn't work with our model, the Play, customer service was just made aware that new models don't work with the adapter. The same adapter we tried with our parents Fountain Jet and it worked awesome. We are returning our Play and getting a Fountain Jet. We were also concerned about the carcinogen label on the bottle but were informed it's only on the top of the bottle connection, not the adapter, doesn't touch the water, and evidently SodaStream's fitting is exactly the same material. Overall, I was frustrated with how it didn't work with our model but customer service was prompt and helped us to a solution. I will recommend this product to friends.
