Great product...bad idea to order during pandemic January 25, 2021 Reviewer: Wayne Rodriguez from Los Angeles, CA United States   Just received product and loving it so far!  Only docked a star for the extremely long supplier delays.  Popularity skyrocketed during the pandemic and there was 'supplier issues' for literally months.  MONTHS.  The Sodamod team was responsive to emails though and ultimately delivered, but it did wear on the customer experience and i contemplated canceling several times.  If youre in no hurry, order.  The product really is wonderful though i learned it wasnt as easy as i thought to find someone to fill the C02.  Needed to invest another $100 at a homebrew supply store to get the tank and adapters needed to fill it myself. Great product January 25, 2021 Reviewer: TDS from Cornelius , NC United States   Easy to use and good way to reduce soda stream costly tanks.  It may take a few times to get the settings right.  I think some variation in tanks will require a slight adjustment. Was this review helpful to you?

Great product, but took 5-6 months to arrive January 25, 2021 Reviewer: Anonymous Person   I just installed the adapter and it works like a charm! And my local paintball store had no issues with the tanks. But I was very disappointed that it took nearly 6 months to arrive. I know COVID has caused supply chain issues for lots of products, but this was pretty extreme. Anyway, my  advice for future customers would be: it's a great investment, but just be aware that it will probably take a long time to arrive. Was this review helpful to you?

Good Experience Over All October 14, 2020 Reviewer: Alex Sanborn from Denver, CO United States   When I ordered my tanks the pandemic was at its peak. when my order was delayed, I reached out to the company for an update. I did not know it at the time, but the president of the company was the person responding to my emails. He did a wonderful job of giving me any information I needed as well as offering to refund me. A great investment October 10, 2020 Reviewer: Heather Coburn-Schill from Santa Maria, CA United States   Got a sodastream machine off mercari for $30, and bought two sodamod tanks and an adapter. Got the tanks filled at Dick's Sporting Goods for $3.50 each (and your fifth fill is free so it's worth filling there). The tanks for perfectly in my machine with no adjustments. Best of a bad situation October 8, 2020 Reviewer: Richard Preville from Huntersville, NC United States   I heard about the product at work after the pandemic and lockouts started, so I knew there would be a delay in shipping, which was described on the Sodamod site. I checked in once to ask when they would ship, and Jon-Paul responded quickly with updated shipping info and an offer of replacement gaskets and overnight shipping to make up for the delay. I didnt expect that but was happy they made the effort. Received the tanks shortly thereafter and haven't looked back. Great product that will save you a ton on CO2. I paid 4 bucks to fill both canisters at a local dive shop. Do it. Was this review helpful to you?
