Happy July 3, 2014 Reviewer: Anonymous Person from United States   Product arrived in good condition and is a well machined product. My only frustration is the lack of setup/configuration information on the Sodamod website - it took me a while of trial and error to dial in the correct setting for the set screw. The packaging did have a printed piece of paper with a convoluted URL to a video, but either I typed it in wrong, or the video isn't hosted anymore, or something. Anyhow, I couldn't get it to work. Perhaps, a link to it in the FAQ would be a help? That shouldn't be taken as negative feedback, the product works - just took a while to get to the point it was working. Pleased overall, but quality control issues May 8, 2014 Reviewer: Anonymous Person from United States   When the adaptor arrived, a tiny screw that was supposed to be installed inside the adaptor was loose in the plastic ziplock baggy it arrived in. Initially baffled because the loose screw wasn't mentioned in the instructions, we called customer service and they said it was an manufacturing mistake. They told us how to fix it and we're now up an running -- and it only cost a bit over $11 to refill three tanks. So far, the adaptor works perfectly. Four stars instead of five because of the poor quality control, though. --------------------------------------------- This was not a manufacturing or quality control issue.  The screw vibrated loose during shipping.  Once it is screwed back in and installed onto a tank it can not come loose again. Great alternative to the Soda Stream CO2!!! February 26, 2014 Reviewer: Brian from Pinckneyville, IL United States   I was able to fill each of the 12 oz tanks for $3 at Dicks.  Almost half the cost of one 16 oz refill tank and you get 36 oz of CO2. The adapter worked perfectly!!!  The first 12 oz tank is just getting empty and will be changing tonight or tomorrow.  Do not forsee having any issues. Definitely would recommend this to anyone with a Soda Stream machine!!! Was this review helpful to you?
